Players can acquire Tattoo Dyes, which, when consumed, will permanently unlock a Tattoo Hue for their character. These dyes function in the same way as purchasing a Tattoo Hue from the Prevalian Stylist, allowing players to customize their tattoos with a variety of colors.

Shimmer Tattoo Dyes are introduced whenever a new Shimmer Hue is added during a Prevalia Merchant update. In the future, additional Tattoo Dyes may be introduced, including Aspect Hues and Society Hues. Any Tattoo Hue available for purchase from the Prevalian Stylist can also be found in Tattoo Dye form on the Prevalian Merchant under the "Tattoo Dyes" category.

Tattoo Dyes come in a range of special hues, each offering a distinct color effect. Below is a selection of available Shimmer Tattoo Dyes, which correspond to unique hues:
