The Heat of Battle debuff prevents players from using Dungeon Moongates

The Heat of Battle flag will now only be triggered under the following conditions:

  • You perform an aggressive action against a character that appears blue, orange, or purple.
  • Your character is a criminal or murderer and you perform an aggressive action against a character that appears gray or red.
  • Aggressive actions include attacking or stealing from a player. However, automatic weapon swings in response to being attacked, or pets attacking a player while in guard mode, will not trigger Heat of Battle.
  • The Heat of Battle flag is now a visible buff on players in the Buff Bar, as shown below:
