==Guild Pay Periods==
* Every guild now has a '''Pay Period''' which for all guilds begins at the start of the server week (which is 6pm CST Fridays) and runs anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks from that point (pay period length is set by the guildmaster)
* At the start of a Pay Period, any ranks in the guild that have '''Guild Dues''' set will be assigned them

Each guild operates on a '''Pay Period''' that begins at the '''start of the server week''' (Fridays at 6 PM CST). The guildmaster sets the '''length of the Pay Period''', which can range from '''one to four weeks'''. At the beginning of each Pay Period, guild ranks with assigned '''Guild Dues''' will have their dues deducted, and any '''withdrawal limits''' for guild ranks will be reset. The guildmaster can manage these settings from the '''Treasury Settings''' page.

==Treasury Overview Page==

==Treasury Overview Page==
The '''Overview Page''' provides a snapshot of the guild’s finances. At the top, the '''Total Guild Funds''' display shows the amount of gold stored in the treasury. The '''New Period Begins In''' section indicates when the next Pay Period starts. Members can deposit gold into the treasury by entering an amount in the '''Deposit''' field and clicking the arrow button. If their rank allows withdrawals, they can enter an amount in the '''Withdraw''' field and confirm it in the same way.
* Page 1 of the Treasury is the '''Overview''' page
* At the top of the page is the guild "'''Total Guild Funds'''" which is how much gold is sitting in the guild's Treasury
* "'''New Period Begins In'''" indicates when the next guild '''Pay Period''' will occur
* Players can type a gold amount into the text field below "'''Deposit'''" and click the Arrow key nearby to place gold from their bank into the guild's Treasury
* If your guild rank allows you to Withdraw gold from the treasury, you can do so by typing a gold amount in the text field below "'''Withdraw'''" and clicking the nearby arrow
* If a guild rank is expected to pay Guild Dues, they will be listed under "'''Period Guild Dues'''"
* "'''Current Period Net Balance'''" indicates the net difference between a player's Deposits and their Guild Dues + Withdrawals for the current Pay Period
* "'''Lifetime Net Balance'''" indicates the net difference between a player's Deposits and their Guild Dues + Withdrawals for their entire lifetime in the guild

If a guild member's rank '''does not permit withdrawals''', or if they have reached their withdrawal limit for the Pay Period, the '''Withdraw section''' will display a '''red "X"''' with the message '''"No Withdrawals Allowed for Rank"'''. If a member has a '''negative balance''' due to withdrawals or unpaid dues, they can click '''"Pay Off Negative Net Balance"''' to deposit the exact amount needed to clear their debt.

Guilds have access to a Treasury that allows them to store gold, assign guild dues, manage withdrawal limits for members, track financial transactions, and facilitate Blood Feud management. Guild members can access the Guild Treasury from the Treasury Tab on the second page of the Guild Menu.

Guild Pay Periods

Each guild operates on a Pay Period that begins at the start of the server week (Fridays at 6 PM CST). The guildmaster sets the length of the Pay Period, which can range from one to four weeks. At the beginning of each Pay Period, guild ranks with assigned Guild Dues will have their dues deducted, and any withdrawal limits for guild ranks will be reset. The guildmaster can manage these settings from the Treasury Settings page.

Treasury Overview Page

The Overview Page provides a snapshot of the guild’s finances. At the top, the Total Guild Funds display shows the amount of gold stored in the treasury. The New Period Begins In section indicates when the next Pay Period starts. Members can deposit gold into the treasury by entering an amount in the Deposit field and clicking the arrow button. If their rank allows withdrawals, they can enter an amount in the Withdraw field and confirm it in the same way.

If a guild member's rank does not permit withdrawals, or if they have reached their withdrawal limit for the Pay Period, the Withdraw section will display a red "X" with the message "No Withdrawals Allowed for Rank". If a member has a negative balance due to withdrawals or unpaid dues, they can click "Pay Off Negative Net Balance" to deposit the exact amount needed to clear their debt.

Member Balances Page

The Member Balances Page displays the financial status of all guild members, showing both their current Pay Period balance and their lifetime balance in the guild. Players can search for specific members using the Search Bar or sort the list by Player Name, Period Balance, or Lifetime Balance.

Guild officers and guildmasters can waive a member’s negative balance by clicking "Waive Balance" next to their name. If a guild has multiple members with negative balances, the "Clear Negative Balances" button allows for a bulk reset.

Member Transactions Page

The Member Transactions Page logs all deposits, withdrawals, and treasury transactions related to Blood Feuds. Members can search by player name or filter transactions by type, amount, or date range.

Players can enter a start and end date to filter transactions within a specific timeframe. This is useful for tracking individual contributions or investigating large withdrawals.

Treasury Settings Page

The Treasury Settings Page allows guildmasters to configure financial policies. Only the guildmaster can modify these settings.

The Guild Period Duration can be adjusted using the left and right arrow buttons. Any changes to the length of the Pay Period will not take effect until the next period begins.

Guildmasters can also manage Blood Feuds by setting the Maximum Active Blood Feuds and the Maximum Prize Amount for each feud. The maximum prize a guild can offer for a Blood Feud must be within the specified limit and cannot exceed a certain percentage of the treasury’s total funds at the time of creation.

Guild Dues and Withdrawal Limits

Guildmasters can assign Guild Dues for each rank, ensuring that members contribute financially to the guild every Pay Period. Additionally, a Maximum Period Withdrawal Limit can be set to control how much gold a member can take from the treasury.

It is generally recommended that guild ranks have either a Guild Dues amount or a Withdrawal Limit—not both—since dues are automatically deducted, and withdrawals count toward a player’s negative balance.

If a guildmaster wants a rank to have unlimited withdrawals, they can check the "No Limit" box, which allows members of that rank to withdraw any amount of gold, even emptying the treasury if desired.

Conclusion

The Guild Treasury provides structured financial management, ensuring that guilds can track their funds, assign dues, and regulate withdrawals while maintaining transparency. With the ability to set dues, waive balances, track transactions, and facilitate Blood Feuds, the treasury system adds depth to guild financial operations, promoting better organization and teamwork.
