Tactics Bonus 10 + 2 per player Madness Tier Level
Aspect Special Chance

0.5% + 0.05% per player Madness Tier Level
Aspect Special Effect:
Mania
Lose (7.5 + (1.5 × Tier Level)) health and inflict (1100 + (110 × Tier Level)) damage divided among creatures within a 4-tile radius.
Health loss from this mechanic cannot be prevented and is not reduced by Damage Resistance.
