Players are able to acquire Tattoo Dyes that, when consumed, will permanently unlock that Tattoo Hue for their character.
- Functions the same way as purchasing a Tattoo Hue from the Prevalian Stylist.
- Shimmer Tattoo Dyes will now be made available for purchase whenever a new Shimmer Hue is introduced during a Prevalia Merchant update.
- Additional Tattoo Dyes, such as Aspect Hues and Society Hues, may be introduced in the future.
- Any Tattoo Hues available for purchase from the Prevalian Stylist will also be sold in Tattoo Dye form on the Prevalian Merchant under the "Tattoo Dyes" category.
