Using the Painter's Touch Up Kit
- Each Painter's Touch Up Kit has one charge (rerolls the hue for 1 item)
- Players can double-click a Painter's Touch Up Kit in their backpack to use it and target their desired item to reroll it's rare, random hue
- Players will be prompted to target the desired item twice to confirm re-rolling its hue
- If the item is a valid target, it will re-roll the item's rare hue and consume the Painter's Touch Up Kit
- Players cannot randomly receive the same hue as before (it will always be a new hue)
