Players can purchase Dockmaster Deeds from the Prevalia Market Merchant under the Ships category. These deeds can be bought using either 250,000 Doubloons or 1,000,000 Gold.
To place a Dockmaster NPC, players must double-click a Dockmaster Deed in their backpack while inside a house they own or co-own. Each house may only have one Dockmaster NPC. Once placed, the Dockmaster functions exactly like those found at town docks, using the same speech commands and context menu entries.
The range at which players can access Dockmasters, both in towns and in private homes, has been increased to 18 tiles. If a player wishes to remove a Dockmaster, they can do so by using its context menu and selecting the "Remove now!" button, which will convert it back into a deed in their backpack.
