Outlands Patch December 14, 2023 is an update for Outlands.
This patch introduces the Winter 2023 Holiday items on the Prevalian Merchant, including the limited edition Shimmer Radiant hue, a Stone and Log Chalet house, new craftables, wearables, decorations, and updates to Trains. It also updates Stable sorting, allows follower dismissal from stables, adds sorting options to the Real Estate Broker, fixes Trapped Container damage in towns, and introduces Restyling/Hue unlocking for Storage Shelves.

Winterlands Trains
- New Train Engine (Bullet Train) and four new Train Cars (Toy Sleigh, Popcorn, Modern Outlands, Polar Bear) added to Workshop Elf NPC in Prevalia.

Stables
- Followers displayed in the Stablemaster menu are now always sorted by how recently they were stabled (most recent first).
Dismiss Follower
- Players can once again Dismiss any Follower from the Stablemaster menu by clicking its Dismiss button and confirming three times.
Real Estate Broker
- Fixed an issue that would cause some Houses For Sale to delist from the Real Estate Broker NPC.
- Players can now sort House Deeds and House Listings by Name Ascending and Name Descending.
Trapped Containers
- Fixed an issue causing Trapped Containers detonating in towns to not damage players.
Storage Shelf Restyling
- Storage Shelves can now have unlocked Styles and Hues.
- Switch between styles/hues in the Settings section (upper right of menu).
- Using a Storage Shelf Restyle Deed permanently unlocks that Style.
- Using a Furniture Dye permanently unlocks that Hue.
- Using Rotate feature (Interior Decorator) cycles through unlocked Styles.
