Arcane Runes are items which can be activated on the ground to provide a buff to players within a radius.
Arcane Runes are found as loot items from various sources. Players can activate an Arcane Rune by double-clicking it, which places the rune on the ground at their current location. Once placed, an Arcane Rune remains active for 15 minutes, and this duration is no longer affected by the Inscription skill. The rune also has an effective radius of 12 tiles, which likewise is no longer increased by Inscription.
Effects
Players with the Arcane skill can enhance the benefits they receive from Arcane Runes. The bonus a player gains from an active rune is based on their own Arcane skill level, calculated as 25% * (Arcane Skill / 100).

Arcane Rune Tome
Players can purchase an Arcane Rune Tome from the Prevalian Merchant or obtain one using Achievement Points. The tome allows players to store and organize their collected Arcane Runes efficiently.
