Players can purchase a Book of Grudges from the Prevalia Merchant under the “Misc” category. The Book of Grudges is used to track statistics on kills that occur between the player and other players. These books are Blessed, ensuring they are not lost upon death.
Binding a Book
Book of Grudges are bound to individual players, and only the bound player can view their own stats from it. To bind a Book of Grudges, a player must double-click the book and confirm the binding in the resulting menu.
If either player in a PvP-related kill has a Book of Grudges in their backpack that is bound to them, the occurrence will be recorded for both players. Only one player involved in the kill needs to have a book in their backpack for the data to be stored. Once bound, a player can double-click the book at any time to view statistics on all the kills they have been a part of.
Stats Display
Each listing in the Book of Grudges represents all interactions between the player and another individual player (or guild, as explained later).
- My Kills indicates how many times the player has killed the other player.
- Their Kills indicates how many times that other player has killed them.
- K/D represents the player’s ratio of Kills to Deaths against the other player.
- Any values in Green indicate a K/D ratio above 1.0 against that player.
- Any values in Orange indicate a K/D ratio below 1.0.
At the top of the page, players can sort their stats by ascending or descending values. At the bottom, additional filtering options allow for more refined data display.
Players can choose a timeframe for kills, including:
- Week – Kills that have occurred since the Friday night weekly reset.
- Season – Kills recorded during the current PvP season.
- Lifetime – All tracked kills over the character’s entire history.
Additional filters allow players to toggle which types of kills are included in their results:
- Duels
- Tournaments
- PvP Events
- All Other (general open-world PvP encounters)
Players can also switch between viewing statistics against individual players or entire guilds. If Show Guilds is selected, the listings will display the player’s combined stats against all members of a specific guild.
