Players can craft Poison Kits using the Alchemy skill. These Blessed items allow players to customize the handling of their Poison Effects towards creatures. However, these bonuses will never affect other players.
Poison Kit Profile
If a player has a Poison Kit in their backpack and has at least 80 Poisoning skill along with either 80 Taste Identification or 80 Alchemy skill, they can begin earning Poison Kit Experience.
When a player meeting these requirements inflicts Greater Poison or higher on a creature, they will gain Poison Kit Experience. Experience is based on the total Poison Damage inflicted, which is then scaled based on the Gold Value of the creature, similar to other experience systems.
Players who earn enough experience will unlock a Poison Kit Upgrade Point. A maximum of 20 Upgrade Points can be unlocked per character. Experience and Upgrade Points are never lost—if a Poison Kit is lost, the player can acquire another, retaining their previously unlocked progress.
Poison Kit Menu
Players can double-click a Poison Kit in their backpack to bring up the Poison Kit Menu.
- There are 8 different Poison Kit upgrades available, which can be activated in Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3 versions. The number of Poison Potions next to an upgrade represents its Tier Level.
- Each Tier Level requires a different amount of Upgrade Points to activate.
- Players can click the Info button next to each upgrade to see its effects.
- Clicking the Spend X Pts to Upgrade Tier button will increase the Tier Level of that upgrade.
- If a player has 0 active Poison Effects on creatures in the world, they can reset all selections by double-clicking the Reset Spent Points button.
Poison Kit Upgrades
- Players must have at least 80 Poisoning skill to utilize any Poison Upgrades.
- Poison Upgrades will never apply to other players—only creatures.
- The effects of Poison Upgrades will only apply to poisons at Greater Poison level or higher.
