Players are able to recover certain items that decay in their houses by paying a fee to a new Pawnbroker NPC located in Prevalia, east of the main bank.
Players can access the Pawnbroker's Pawn Shoppe menu by saying "Pawn", "Broker", or "Recover" near them, or by shift-clicking the NPC and selecting the "Search" context entry.
To recover items, players must be a character on the account of the House Owner from which the items decayed. Recoverable items will be available for up to 30 days, after which they will be permanently deleted.
Each recovered item has a fee of 25,000 Gold. Once recovered, items will be placed into the player's Bank Box. If the Bank Box has insufficient space, the items will be queued until space becomes available.
